Occupational Safety and Health Professionals can download the form N1.

Companies that deliver Occupational Safety Services can download the form N2.

​

Any other Companies that have implemented Occupational Health and Safety System and are willing to become member of the association please download the form N3.

The membership annual fee:

N1 - for Occupational Safety and Health Professionals is 2 Gel per month.

N2 - for Companies that deliver OSH Services and any other once is 20 Gel per month.

​

The membership fee includes: 

- free participation in annual Occupational Health and Safety Conference,

- free updates on any new regulatory change and releases,

- free consultation on OSH subjects,

- free participation in one of the training that will be offered to the association members.
